This week we introduced to you the importance of self-care and the important connection between the mind and the body. We will perceive stress from time to time and it is important that we know how to manage it when it comes. Practice some of the stress management techniques this week and record your observation when you do so. What insights, benefits, difficulties, or questions arose?
