One of the main aims of this report is to analyze the levels of satisfaction in the university students in relation to the teaching methods being used by the teachers and professors. It is believed that there is a great impact of the employed teaching methods in the classrooms by the teachers and professors. It has been seen that more advanced and technological the teaching methods, better is the overall level of learning in the students. This report is based on the collected responses from the university students from the questionnaire that was distributed among the university students asking them about the teaching methods and the impact of employed teaching methods on their learning.

Introduction
There is no doubt about the fact that there is a great impact of teaching methods on the learning of the students. There are various studies that have shown that when the teachers depend on the older methods of teaching that include books, or handouts; there is a negative perception in the students as the teachers expect the students to cram from these notes. Thereby here it can be argued that these are some of the older methods that are known to impede learning in the students. Better learning has been known to achieve when the teachers have been seen to use more advanced and technological ways of teaching. These methods include the use of multimedia and projector based slides. These are some of the main methods that are known to have a positive impact on learning in the students. The students in these cases have been reported to gain concepts rather than cram the ideas that are being taught. This is one of the main ideas that will be explored in this study.
Overall research objectives
The main topic of the research is “level of satisfaction of the university students with teaching methods being used in the classrooms”. Some of the main objectives that are to be achieved are as follows;
- To analyse the level of satisfaction in the university students in relation to the teaching methods employed by the teachers and professors in the classrooms;
- To gather information from the students about the changes that they need in teaching methods.
Analysis of data
One of the main methods that were chosen for the collection of data was the distribution of survey questionnaires in the university students. The universities in the locality were chosen for the purpose. One of the main considerations in these cases was to ask for permission of the authorities in the university for the distribution of the questionnaire. On the other hand, the students who filled in the questionnaire were made aware of the fact that the questionnaire and the responses being gathered from the questionnaire were purely for the academic purpose. These were some of the main ethical considerations that were considered.
The responses that were gathered from the questionnaire were the main object of analysis. Graphical methods were used to calculate the overall percentage of the responses gathered on the questions. It was seen that the students were not satisfied with the older methodic of teaching that were being used by the teachers. It was mentioned by the students that they needed better and more improved methods of teaching. The responses of the students added the fact that they enjoyed learning when they were taught with; attest technology based teaching methods that include projectors and multimedia. One of the main reasons of an increased interest of the students in the teaching methods that employed latest technology is an increased use of internet and computers in every aspect of daily life, which includes social interaction on the internet. Thereby the students want to be taught in ways that interests them. There are many studies on the topic. Most of the authors have mentioned the fact that there are more improved educational achievements in the students when the teachers use advanced technology in their classrooms for teaching purpose.
Conclusions
The report aimed to find out the level of satisfaction of the university student with the teaching methods being employed by the teachers. Some of the main teaching methods that are generally used by the teachers include books, handouts, notes and copies from articles and papers. When the teachers give out these handouts to the students, it is seen that they increasingly expect from the students to cram the notes for the tests and examinations. As for this reason, it can be argued here that the teachers find an easy way out as these notes make it easier for the teachers to check the examination papers. On the other hand, when more advanced techniques are used by the teachers in the classrooms as projectors and multimedia, the teachers aim to teach the students the main concepts of the theme being taught. This is the fact that makes learning more interesting for the students in the classrooms. This is one of the main reasons based on which there is an overall improvement in the level of learning in the students.
