Soft Skills Development: The soft skill development is an ability that has proved to be of great importance over the years. Be it in any field of the study or any learning experience. Soft skills are also referred to as interpersonal skills, these deal with the skills of a person to interact, communicate and organize oneself. Learning is a key process that is on a continuous spectrum, and it keeps evolving. The adaptation of ICT in learning is a major leap for education in the technologically advanced world. Still, the world has witnessed the application of the traditional learning theories with the same spirit like they have always been. Some key theoretical perspective of learning and their alignment with ICT and learning of soft skills is discussed as following:

Behaviorism Theory

One of the key learning theories is behaviorism, it is the idea that reinforcement pays a key role in the learning of an individual (Ritzhaupt and Kumar, 2015). The way a behavior is reinforced, its existence and usage are dependent upon that. Constructivism Theory

The role of constructivism in learning has been widely accepted, these theories lay base for the curriculum developments. The use of constructivism in learning has been mainly shifted towards the problem-solving approach.
