The assignment comprises one written piece which has two component parts. The assignment is designed to challenge students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the theory, evidence and practice issues associated with learning in the work place. The assignment design allows you to start planning and developing your summative piece from week one onwards. A formative piece of work - that we ask you to submit in a Group Discussion Forum midway through the module and ask for your colleagues to peer review - should also feed into the final assignment.
The summative assignment takes the form of a single written piece of work (4000 words ± 10% excluding the reference list and appendices).
