TASK:

The written assignment for this unit is based on students undertaking a critical analysis of the role of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS). Students are required to discuss the application of the role they have chosen to their workplace. This assignment will provide students with the opportunity to explore and gain further theoretical understanding of the chosen role. Students are required to discuss the registration standards in Australia and the practice domains.
In order to complete this Academic paper the students have to review 7-8 referred journal articles in relation to the roles of Nurse Practitioner/ advanced Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist and they need to check the websites for the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and the AHPRA site.
