Assignment #3 - Part 2 - Reflection

What is best for an organisation is not always what we personally agree with.

In this assignment you are asked to reflect upon your own values and ethical position in relation to modern slavery, and compare this to the scenario presented in Assignment 3 - part 1. In that paper you made a recommended to the organisation about which option it should be take (and which has been framed from deontological and consequentialist perspectives).

• Are your perspectives the same or different from what you recommended to the organisation?
• What challenges might you face when your personal position differs from that which may be best for the organisation/business?
• How might you address these challenges now and in the future?
