3 I do have some sound skills in this area but I need further development because I faced some problems while analyze and comprehending the content. However, I do have the ability to identify, analyze and evaluate some of the information high in complexity. I feel that further improvement will cause me to get better at this.

4 I am fully competent in this area because I am well aware of developing detailed content in line with the requirements of the organization. I can also maintain diversity policies into writing. I am competent enough to present genuine information about the diversity policies in writing. I cannot, however, mentor others because this skill has not become my strength as yet. I need to develop on this skill a bit more, so that I am able to mentor others.

2 Explaining and interpreting policy is something I am not very good at. When it comes to discussing my own opinions or commenting on others’ perspectives, I get a little hesitant and nervous. I am still trying to monitor business activities.

3 I have significant knowledge in reviewing diversity policy. However, I believe that I need to work on this skill to gain more experience and expertise. I still believe I need to get better at developing recommendations so that I can review diversity.

I rank myself relevant to this particular unit of competency because I have significant information about diversity. I can analyze any sort of information about diversity, and identify its pros and cons. I am also conversant with the key elements of a diversity policy designed by an organization. For me, interpreting the diversity policies and explaining them to the primary stakeholders of the organization are very convenient. Besides, I can also collect all relevant information about diversity and ask for feedback for further modifications.
