Business example
Perfect Poolz supply and install customised backyard swimming pools. They also have a service team that attend to pool cleaning services and Perfect Poolz also sell all pool cleaning products.
Perfect Poolz employs six sales and service staff that need to invoice and quote while attending customer sites. Currently the Sales and Service staff have a document book they use to handwrite quotes and invoices. This information is entered into the desktop computing software by the administration staff back at the office.
Currently all computers and data are located onsite in their office and showroom. The data is usually backed up on an external hard drive and locked in a safe at the Office/Showroom.
