Assignment 3: Personal Brand Development Plan
Assessment Type: Individual report (Plan)
Task & Scope: Design a personal brand development plan that explains how you going to achieve personal branding of your authentic leadership identity. Clearly identify what you should do to effectively communicate it and why. When developing your personal brand development plan, consider how you will evidence the authenticity of your personal brand, your personal brand statement and narrative, the insights gained from your reflection, and tools and technologies that will assist you to promote your digital footprint.

Word Limit: 3,000 - 3,500

Presentation Requirements:

Note specially: Your assignment must use the reading materials studied in this course. Assignments which rely on references that have not been studied in this course cannot achieve even a Pass grade because such assignments fail to demonstrate what you have learnt from studying this course.
Also note: there is no opportunity to resubmit failed assignments

- A clear plan of action for the personal brand development of your authentic leadership identity – detailing what, why and how and technology/platform(s) and timeline (30%)
- Structure and literacy (10%)

Submission: The assignment must be submitted electronically via myRMIT Studies/Canvas using the Turnitin assignment e-Submission procedure. Turnitin will review your submitted work and provide an originality report for you and your facilitator.
