This assessment encourages learners to articulate their ideas, build shared understandings, engage with content and to contribute to a dynamic learning environment. This assessment will require you to participate online activities and write a weekly reflective journal around the discussions and activities for 10 weeks of online activities and materials covered in the unit .After engaging in the online activities and discussions, reflect on what you've learned, how the material connects to the course objectives, and its application in real-world scenarios. Write a weekly reflection capturing your thoughts, insights, and any challenges faced during that week.

At the end of the 10-week period, review your weekly reflections and synthesize the key themes, concepts, and your overall learning journey. Analyze how your understanding evolved and discuss the most significant learnings from the course.

Integrate at least eight scholarly resources, such as peer-reviewed journal articles or book chapters, to support your reflections and analysis. Apply APA 7 referencing style for all citations and references.

You must use APA 7 referencing. Your written essay should include at least 8 peer reviewed (scholarly) journal articles or book chapters, in addition to any textbook references, reports by service organizations and government reports or websites.
