INTRODUCTION

After completing my graduation, I have been working in few roles where I have seen some leadership management skills and motivated tasks that are to be accomplished in time from which i realised about my growth in these skill ls that made me think to do my master’s in business administration so that it helps in my future days to establish and maintain my own business with great leadership qualities and decision making skills and finally to be successful. This paper aims to explain the detailed analysis of my past experience, leadership qualities and theories. When I use to work as a safety officer i use to make sure that everything is going according to job plan with required safety measures before, during, after completion of work

BODY OF THE REPORT:

MY CURRENT, RECENT-ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

I am working as a storekeeper in a warehouse where we deal with the auto parts. We receive the shipment, store and supply to the customers according to their demand. We work in a team where one manager leads the whole team as he got the power in managing the operations and we were leaded by competent supervisor. As it’s a fast paced working environment sometimes we need to work individually and sometimes in a team where there should be some good coordination between the team members and during absence for my seniors or at busy times I take the lead to complete all the operations which needs to be completed in right time. There will be some hard times as well like some disputes between the employees when or while doing their work, stressed during work that done.

KEY ASPECTS OF LEADERSHIP:

When I started my carrier as a safety officer I have seen many situations and learned many lessons as an employee. As an employee the first basic quality is commitment and best quality of successful leader is “to give respect” before becoming a good leader as an employee he or she should respect the fellow worker. So I think being treated and respect is a bit more important to every leader. In my past When I am working as an employee and managing the business, I got a thought to start a business and work for it. For that I need to be a successful leader. When am working, the growth is good to that end, as I used to give instructions as a supervisor in the site, but my thinking is to learn more about the business management, and these above reasons make me to study professional MBA programme, is the most influenced reason for me in my leadership journey. Then I have started my master’s and learning all the management skills to develop personally and as a business admin. As to learn more in a short time my dad motivated ne to pursue education which can uplift my career as a professional manager and can be successfully lead the business on my own.

RESULTS OF GALLUPS STRENGTHS FINDER:

In my first assignment I came to know about the task which provides an outcome report that reflects about my strengths, way of thinking, and my principles. This report includes five main aspects which are includer, connectedness, arranger, and context, restorative. Summarizing the report it says I am a key observer towards historic events and link the results depending upon the actions implemented and correct myself so that removing past errors can lead me towards success. I believe that team work and shared values in work culture can make work atmosphere more comfortable and can make the work completed with love. I always like to work with a team rather than alone because team work makes work easier and learn good ethics and work culture, am a kind of person who thinks no damage can be unrepaired and believe in making the wrong to right with my best efficiency. I always plan ahead according to my daily schedule, it makes me to complete my tasks on time and responsible.

FEEDBACK FROM MY PARTNER (MARK):

In this report I present myself depending upon official feedback that I have received from my partner after mutual assessment of individual reports based on Gallup finder. As per my partners observation he identified that I am a kind of person who shoes interest in connecting with people with an excellent quality of including them which helps as am important aspect to be a leader by building relationships with team mates. The feedback also represents my level of problem solving skills with respect to understanding context and my ability of solving problems in easier ways by correcting the past mistakes and ensuring about not doing any mistake twice. However my partner noticed that I struggle in overcoming the difficulties while conversation at times between us.
